Beaver Creek located in Grafton (Eaton Township/Midview Schools), consists of the Estates at Beaver Creek and the Villas at Beaver Creek.

The Estates at Beaver Creek will offer homesites of approximately 1/3 to 1/2 acres with custom homes.  We have a variety of standard offerings or we can work with you on a plan you love, or help you create the home layout of your dreams.

The Villas at Beaver Creek will offer cluster homesites with lawncare and snow maintenance provided for.  Five different models are available all with included quartz tops, LVP flooring through the communal spaces, oversized garages, and optional finished basements.

The subdivision offers a rural community feel with the conveniences of a city site. The area offers an abundance of parks and golf courses, easy access to Hospitals and major highways and is only 20 minutes to Cleveland International airport or 30 minutes to downtown Cleveland.
